A recognized leader within the insurance industry over his 47 year career, Ron has served in various high level leadership positions. This includes his role at AFLAC as Market Vice President for Broker Sales and ultimately as U.S. Broker Strategy Officer. Ron has also held key leadership positions with insurance company leaders such as American General/AIG and Colonial Life. Ron has his Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) and Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designations.
Ron has been instrumental in developing and honing Frontline’s industry differentiated solutions and encompasses overall company oversight, market strategy, broker program management and broker / partner relations. Ron’s leadership, industry knowledge, unprecedented industry experience and wide spread relationships are responsible for the dramatic, continued growth experienced by the company.
A career entrepreneur, Steve has a successful track record of starting and building substantial growth businesses. After a leadership role with a recognized identity theft protection provider, Steve set his sights on changing the identity theft protection landscape within the Employee Benefits and Affinity channels. His motivation was peaked and passion solidified through these experiences as he identified the need for a new approach, enhanced distribution strategies and targeted protection programs that are differentiated from the industry norms. These dynamic enhancements are proving to set new standards for capturing the ever-growing demand, while maximizing the impact upon employees, employers, members and membership organizations and Frontline’s valued brokers that serve them.

John’s career has included financial and operational leadership positions at large corporations as well as young start-ups. John delivers the fiscal conservatism expected of an accomplished financial professional combined with a unique entrepreneurial spirit. He tackles his administrative responsibilities at Frontline with an eye to provide the highest levels of service while maintaining flexibility necessary to assure that Frontline is recognized as a preferred partner to all customers and vendors alike.
